Replacement Eligibility

Product Eligibility

As a responsible company, Al-Jannat Mall wants to ensure that the product is received by the customer in its original condition and is not incorrect, broken, or faulty. If you receive a product that is incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged, you are eligible for a replacement.

Timeframe

Al-Jannat Mall will cater to all complaints submitted within 30 days of delivery.

Requests for replacement made within 7 days from the date of delivery will be processed free of cost. After 7 days, certain charges may apply for replacement processing.

Replacement Process

Initiation

To initiate a replacement, please share a video of the incorrect, faulty, broken, or damaged product with our customer support team within the eligible timeframe. In many cases, the issue may be related to product usage, and our support team will guide you on resolving the issue.

If we determine that the product is indeed faulty, damaged, broken, or incorrect:

OPTION A

We may ask you to ship the product in its original packaging, including the original product box and all accessories, to the following warehouse address:

Within 5 working days after receiving the product, a replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

OPTION B

We may schedule a replacement within 14 working days. Please ensure the product is packed in its original packaging, including all accessories, for courier pickup and replacement processing.

Important Note

Please note that we do not offer replacements for “change of mind”.

Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
